The property is tastefully appointed -beds are super comfortable. We stayed in room 102, with a king bed. The armoire had just enough storage for clothes for our 5 day stay (we put the spare pillow and blankets on top of the armoire, and I used my side table drawer for socks, underwear and belts). The bathroom was excellent -quality fixtures and comfortably sized. Entry and exit from the property was secure and easy -using a single key card on the street to access the hallway, inside the property to access the reception room and again to gain access to the room. The area was excellent -close to everything, so we could walk everywhere.

Traditional hotel in a perfect location in a side road. No grand entrance but a lovely welcome from staff. Close to cafes bars restaurants. Was quiet in our room , lovely shower and comfortable beds. No breakfast but there are so many places to go to so not a problem.

The position of this hotel is fantastic (2 min from piazza della Signoria) and the rooms and reception welcome the guests into a mid-eve building. Decorations and paintings reflect the soul of this amazing city, Firenze. The rooms are equipped with needed facilities and there is also a boiler for preparing a hot beverage. The room was clean and functional. The sounds from the side street can be heart, but it is part of the city and hotel charm!

The location was excellent, very central in a quiet street. The hotel is very secure up a single flight of steps to a lift to the next level with all rooms on the same level. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully fitted out , great lighting , and quite spacious with room for suitcases. The shower area was something special, but we did book what was termed the “Spa Room”.. There was no real outlook from a single window ( double glazed so very quiet) but of course it’s close living in Florence! Breakfast at E8 was good value and enough to kick start the day.

Hands-down the best location in all of Firenze, one block from the Pizza della Segnoria. This was a 2nd visit and stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing, helpful, will hold luggage after check-out, make dinner reservations, expert tour guide, etc. The rooms and bathrooms are super-clean and super-impressive. Do not delay booking here, you will not regret it!

Wonderful location to view Florence. Our room was superb, lovely & quiet with good air con. The Turkish steamer in the shower was a really nice addition and we used it twice a day!! Room was super comfortable as was the bed. Accommodating & friendly welcome. We had breakfast around the corner in a local café, so can't comment on what the hotel offered.

Great little hotel in the perfect location. My daughter had a cancelled flight coming home from ger study abroad trip, and I booked this hotel same day because of the reviews and location. Wow, she loved it! All the original frescoes on the walls are amazing, and the staff took great care of her and helped her get to the airport the next morning at 6am. She said the room was great with a view onto the pedestrian street. We love hotels that are small with local character so much better than big box hotels.
